DEFF Making of Video
Greek documentary film maker Nikos Stamboulopoulos emailed Strawberry Earth some time ago to tell us how much he liked what we were doing. Little did we know that he had a bigger idea in mind... namely, volunteering to follow team Strawberry's preparations for The Dutch Environmental Film Festival 2010! This is the first in a series of short "making of" videos that we'll be releasing over the next few days. Filmed and edited by a rather brilliant filmmaker.

Top violinist opens The Music Tree
Top violinist Marina Meerson will play a short composition right before the start of the premiering film The Music Tree, on Thursday (7.30 pm). With this she illustrates the beauty and art of classical music and the importance of preserving this for future generations. The Brazilian film The Music Tree focuses on deforestation and the threatened status of the so called Brazilwood - the material of which the bow of the violin is made.
